Unfurnished rental contracts are a large dupe right here in Egypt; unfurnished usually means no furniture. Fixtures and fittings, for example kitchen cupboards, ACs, sinks, and many others will not be furnishings and they are supposed to be offered. Sadly, Egyptians appear to have a different interpretation from the rental agreement rules here in E
